This past week has been a bit stressful, but in the end it all worked out. N.C. finally granted us permanent hemp legality, to conform with the new federal legality. All forms of hemp derived product are legal permanently. One more Freedom to choose how you want to live your life. Freedom that’s what it’s all about. We Hope! Senate Bill 762 has passed through the state Senate with little to no hesitation and is on its way to be voted on in the House of Representatives!

But don’t celebrate yet! This does not mean the fight is over for the NC Hemp community!! Please Contact your House Representatives and voice your opinion on this topic let them know the people want and need CBD / Hemp products to stay legal in NC!!
